Join us for an outdoor cooking adventure with Ayurvedic fall cooking.

As the seasons change, changing our diet allows the body to adapt and physiology to balance in relationship with Nature. In this workshop, we will be focusing on cooking foods that are balancing Vata(early fall/winter) dosha that can cause dryness, indigestion & nervousness. as well as Kapha(late winter) dosha that causes allergies and congestion in the late winter, early spring seasons.

In this workshop we will discuss:

  2. Balancing qualities of food and spices

  3. 6 tastes and dosha balancing

  4. Homemade Ghee and khichari preparation

  5. Cooking Demonstration
