Join us for an outdoor cooking adventure with Ayurvedic summer/spring Foods.

As the seasons change, changing our diet allows the body to adapt and physiology to balance in relationship with Nature. In this workshop, we will be focusing on cooking foods that are balancing Kapha dosha that causes allergies and congestion in the spring, and balancing the Pitta and Vata dosha, that can become aggravated in summer season.

In this workshop we will discuss:

  3. 6 tastes and dosha balancing

  4. Homemade Ghee and khichadi preparation

  5. Cooking Demonstration
