I offer individual sessions online, typically 60 minutes, with an option to extend to 90 minutes if needed.
In my practice, I integrate Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, which combines advances in neuroscience with the gentle inward-looking practice of Mindfulness. Central to our approach is a compassionate presence and a deep respect for the body’s wisdom, embodying principles of Unity, Mind-Body Holism, Organicity, Mindfulness, and Nonviolence. My primary strategy when working with clients is to shift focus from their traumas or perceived deficiencies to their strengths and blessings. By emphasizing what is positive and flourishing in their lives, these aspects grow and eventually overflow, becoming the dominant forces in their lives. This transformative perspective fosters profound healing and self-discovery.
To fully embrace this journey, I recommend an 8-12 session package, which allows us to develop and deepen the therapeutic process.
